Introducing flavor & freshness
Each evening (except Sundays), the daily
catch of the local fishermen from Bora Bora is displayed on ice, where after an explanation of exactly what's available on your particular evening. The fish are named, their habitats identified, and perhaps a preparation is recommended. After making your choice, the host takes your order directly to the chef.
Most evenings, one or another of two ladies, mother and daughter, Mama and Olivia, is in charge. Between the two of them, the presentation can be made in English, French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese, according to the guests’ requirements. They have been employees of Bloody Mary’s for 19 and 12 years, respectively, and it is to be hoped that they will still be around until their retirement.
You can choose from the vast selection, pick one of our combination plates, or create your own particular combination. Crab, shrimp,steak, chicken, and a vegetarian plate are also available. It's truly a fine dining experience. Selection varies depending on availability and prices are subject to change.
